WHO is behind the mission 

Sara Kolata

Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Disrupt MAG and Organiser of Disrupt Symposium, is an architect and seasoned entrepreneur dedicated to driving innovation, responsibility, and profitability in the industry. As host of Arch Talk: Tank show, she facilitates discussions on business strategies and leadership. Sara empowers leaders to unlock their full potential, fostering resilience and igniting profound impact. Sara leads a dynamic lifestyle, embracing kitesurfing, skydiving, and global travel.

Tania Ihlenfeld

A visionary leader in architecture and entrepreneurship, dedicated to reshaping the built environment for a sustainable future. With a career spanning over two decades, she champions design excellence and effective leadership, striving to create built environments fit for the future. As an author and Editorial Director at Disrupt MAG, Tania is committed to supporting courageous leadership. Driving innovation and advocating for responsible business practices that prioritise human well-being and environmental stewardship.

Conrey Guy 

Strategic Planning Consultant and Managing Editor at Disrupt MAG, dedicated to transforming the AEC industry through innovative and sustainable practices. Conrey has successfully guided more than 50 firms to significant growth, helping clients achieve an average revenue increase of 72% and FTE growth of 70%. Leading strategic initiatives at Disrupt, Conrey empowers visionary leaders and champions daring practices that drive profitability and sustainability, ensuring exceptional results and impactful growth.

Mayré Rivero Bueno

Project Manager for the Disrupt MAG Interview Series, oversees all stages of production, from pre-interview research to distribution. She ensures each episode authentically captures the unique story of the firm while aligning with the series' creative vision and brand goals. Her key responsibilities include project planning and coordination, stakeholder management, content development, production oversight, promotion and distribution, quality control, and performance tracking.

Pooja Pawar

Architectural Researcher and Writer at Disrupt MAG, merges architectural expertise with impactful writing. With experience at Wise Design and contributions to The Décor Journal India, she crafts insightful content that advances discussions on innovative architectural practices. Pooja is also instrumental in event organising for Disrupt Symposium, and Arch Talk: Tank show handling guest selection and conducting high-end interviews, highlighting her dedication to Disrupt's success.
